Instructions of Final Version Submission

The final paper and the signed copyrightform are due on June 5th, 2015. This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings.

1. FINAL PAPER PREPARATION: The page limit is 10 pages. The page limit given in this letter is strict. Please follow strictly the author instructions of Springer-Verlag when preparing the final version: http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html

Note that wrong format of the paper or delay to submit the camera ready version will result in excluding your paper from the proceeding.

Our publisher has recently introduced an extra control loop: once data processing is finished, they will contact all corresponding authors and ask them to check their papers. We expect this to happen shortly before the printing of the proceedings. At that time your quick interaction with Springer-Verlag will be greatly appreciated.

2. COPYRIGHT: Please upload a signed (digital signature is not accepted) and completed copyright form with your final paper. The Springer copyright forms for WASA 2015 can be found at http://www.cs.gsu.edu/WASA/WASA2015/copyright/copyrightlncsWASA2015.pdf

The original copyright forms can be found at http://www.springer.com/cda/content/document/cda_downloaddocument/copyrigh.pdf?SGWID=0-0-45-154182-0

It is sufficient for one of the authors to sign the copyright form. You can scan the form into PDF or any other standard image format.  Note that the digital signature is not accepted.

3. FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION: Please use your EasyChair author account to submit the files of your camera-ready paper.

1) Login to Easychair https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=wasa2015

2) Click on the option 'Submission x' on the top of the page (where x is the serial number of your paper).

3) Click on the 'Proceedings version' the menu on the right of the page.

4) Click on the 'upload new version' in the menu on the right of the page.

Follow the instructions to upload three files:

(a) Either a zipped file containing all your LaTeX sources or a Word file in the RTF format, and

(b) PDF version of your camera-ready paper.

(c) Signed copyright form.
