Registration Instruction
Important Conference Information
At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the full
rate of US$650. An author with multiple accepted papers must pay the
full rate registration fee (US$650) for each accepted paper. Payment
must be received by May 31st, 2016 in order for your paper to be
included in the proceedings. If you pay
registration via wire transfer, please refer to the information
here. Note that the swift code is
USBKUS44IMT.

- Last day to cancel an attendee
registration and receive a full refund less the $35.00 administrative
fee is June 30, 2016 at 11:59 pm
- Author registration fees are
non-refundable
- All cancellations must be emailed to

No-shows and
cancellations after June 30, 2016 will be subject to the full conference
fee at the time of registration. If advanced payment was not received,
you will be invoiced for the full amount owed.
