Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper has to pay a Full Registration (please note that Student Registration does not cover paper publication). An author with multiple accepted papers must pay the full registration fee for each accepted paper. Payment must be received by May 1st, 2025 (Midnight Tokyo Time), to ensure your paper to be included in the proceedings.

Conference Registration Fees

³ The page limit for regular papers is 12 pages. For short papers, the page limit is 10 pages, including tables, figures, references, and appendices. Additional pages will incur a fee at this rate per extra page.
⁺ After May 1, 2025, if authors have exceptional circumstances for late registration, they must submit a written explanation. If accepted, a late registration fee of USD 200 will be charged for all approved papers and workshops.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Cancellations and substitutions are allowed; however, the full registration fee will be charged unless a cancellation notice is submitted in writing and received or faxed on or before May 1, 2025, to the registration chair. Please note that registrations for published papers in the Proceedings cannot be cancelled. A handling fee of USD 200 will apply to all cancellations made before May 1, 2025. No refunds will be issued for registrations cancelled after this deadline. No-shows will be billed.
