At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the regular full rate. (A student registration cannot cover the publication of a paper.) An author with multiple accepted papers must pay the full registration fee for each accepted paper. Payment must be received by May 31st, 2019 in order for your paper to be included in the proceedings

• Early Full Registration ($750): April 20th, 2019 - May 19th, 2019 Hawaiian Time.
• o Late Full Registration ($850): May 20th, 2019 – June 19th, 2019 Hawaiian Time.
• Early Student Registration ($350): April 20th, 2019 – May 19th, 2019 Hawaiian Time.
• Late Student Registration ($450): May 20th, 2019 – June 19th, 2019 Hawaiian Time.
• Last day to cancel an attendee registration and receive 90% is June 1st, 2019 by 11:59 pm Hawaiian Time.
• Author registration fees are non-refundable.
• All cancellations must be emailed to uhces@hawaii.edu
• No-shows and cancellations after June 1st, 2019 will be subject to the full conference fee at the time of registration. If advanced payment was not received, you will be invoiced for the full amount owed.
